We are a husband and wife team and together we own and operate Fogle Custom Homes. We are a small but mighty construction company specializing in custom homes and renovations. Our synergy is what sets us apart—Ben brings the muscle and craft, Sarah brings the organization and management.
Ben Fogle
Owner and General Contractor
With over 25 years in the construction industry, Ben brings common sense, precision, and reliability to every project that he takes on. As a licensed general contractor, Ben has managed everything from custom home builds to large scale renovations to historical restorations. Ben has done it all - and probably has a story (and a scar) to prove it. Known for his hands-on approach, strong leadership, and commitment to quality, Ben has built a reputation for delivering on time and above expectations. Whether he's coordinating subcontractors or swinging a hammer, Ben approaches each job with the same dedication he had when he first stepped onto a job site over two decades ago.
When he's not on site, you'll find Ben helping coach his sons' baseball teams, fishing with his boys, or enjoying the mountains of Colorado that he calls home.
Sarah Fogle
Director of Operations
You could say construction runs in her veins. Sarah is a proud fourth-generation carpenter who grew up around sawdust, tool belts, and job site coffee breaks. Before stepping into her current role as Director of Operations at Fogle Custom Homes, she built a successful career as a dental hygienist, gaining skills that now help her keep projects running smoother than a fresh coat of drywall mud. Construction may be her second career, but it's her first love. She combines old-school craftsmanship with modern project management know-how, making her just as comfortable with spreadsheets as she is with a miter saw. For Sarah, every project is personal, every detail matters, and every customer deserves a space that feels like home-done right, on time, and with heart.
When she's not on the jobsite or behind the computer fine tuning a budget, contract, or a timeline, she's likely spending time with their two boys. You'll often find Sarah on the sidelines proudly cheering for their boys during a game. On a quieter day, you'll probably find her at the barn with her horse soaking up a little peace and balance that comes from the fresh mountain air.
